AGM

The SANACC AGM was held at 10.30am on Sunday 6th March 2011 at the King Robert Hotel, Stirling.



Special Resolution No1 was to alter the Articles of Association with regard to nominations for election to the Executive Committee and was carried unanimously.

Article 50 was amended to read as follows:-

Nominations for election of the voting members of the Executive Committee and notice of the intention of a member to propose an alteration of the Memorandum, Articles or Bye-Laws together with the name of the proposer and seconder shall be sent to the Secretary no later than 15th October in any year. Nominations for election and a copy of such proposal shall be included in the Agenda for the next AGM.
